When Your Strengths Become Your Ceiling

A live, virtual half-day workshop for leaders ready to identify and shift the pattern that's limiting what's next.

Friday, September 18, 2026 · 8:00 - 11:30am PT ·Virtual · $250

Description

If you’re at a real moment of opportunity right now — a new leadership role, a bigger scope, or a career juncture — and yet it feels harder than it should, this workshop is designed with you in mind. Maybe you're working harder for results that used to come more easily. Or your mind won't stop spinning on what to do differently. Or you feel overwhelmed by the ambiguity or responsibility. That tension isn't a sign something's wrong with you — it's usually a sign that the very strengths that got you here now need to evolve.

Our brains are pattern-based, and the natural ways we think, feel, and act, and that have been our strengths, often become our limitations as the stakes and complexity increase. Once you know what to look for, you can change how you respond — but it usually takes a structured space, not solo reflection, to actually see it clearly. This workshop uses the CPS Compass Enneagram Questionnaire (completed ahead of time as pre-work) and a simple framework called SPOR — Signal, Pause, Open, Respond — to help you name your own pattern and start applying it to your moment of opportunity.

Who This Is For

This workshop is for accomplished leaders at a leadership or career juncture — not a crisis, but a moment where what got you here isn't quite enough for what's next. You might be:

  • Recently stepped into a role with more scope, visibility, or complexity than what came before

  • Leading through more ambiguity than usual, with fewer clear answers than you're used to having

  • Managing more complex relationships or a wider set of stakeholders than before

No prior Enneagram experience needed — just a willingness to look honestly at your own patterns.

What Participants Leave With

  • A clear picture of their core pattern — where it drives their effectiveness and where it creates a ceiling

  • A clearer sense of what their pattern is costing the people around them — and what leading differently could make possible

  • A practical framework for recognizing when the pattern is activated and choosing a more intentional response

  • A specific intention to put into practice immediately

  • Connection with peers navigating similar inflection points

What’s Included

  • A live, 3.5-hour virtual session — small enough to be a real conversation, not a lecture

  • The CPS Compass Enneagram assessment, completed before the session, and a detailed 15-page report

  • Small-group breakout work focused on applying the concepts to your specific situation

  • The SPOR framework and a take-home reference guide

Optional: A 60-minute 1:1 typing conversation beforehand, for anyone unsure of their type, booked separately by emailing me directly at laura@laurabunch.com. ($125)

To keep this a genuinely small, connected group, this cohort runs with 8–15 participants. If we don't reach 8 registrants by September 4, you'll receive a full refund or a seat in the next cohort — no risk either way.
