Coaching Services

I offer individualized coaching engagements for leaders and professionals navigating moments of growth, transition, or increased responsibility. The work supports both self-sponsored clients and employer-sponsored engagements and is designed to create clarity that leads to real, sustainable change.

Leadership Coaching

For leaders who want to lead with greater clarity, presence, and effectiveness

Leadership coaching is designed for leaders who are capable and committed, and who sense that greater impact will come not from working harder, but from understanding how they are leading.

Together we focus on identifying the underlying patterns, assumptions, and strategies shaping how you think, decide, and show up — especially under pressure — and learning how to work with them intentionally. The goal is not to change who you are, but to expand your range, flexility, and choice — so you can respond with intention rather than default. This often shows up as clearer decision-making, more effective leadership under pressure, and strong alignment between intent and impact.

When relevant, I partner with managers or sponsors to align on goals, success indicators, and communication cadence in order to ensure the work supports both individual development and organizational needs.

What this work often supports:

  • Leading more effectively during complexity or growth

  • Strengthening executive presence and decision-making

  • Shifting patterns that limit influence or impact

  • Navigating role expansion or increased responsibility

Assessments such as the Leadership Circle Profile and Enneagram may be used selectively to support insight and development.

Typical engagement length: 6-12 months

Career Coaching

For professionals navigating transitions or re-evaluating what’s next

Career coaching supports thoughtful professionals at moments when their career no longer feels fully aligned — whether due to change, plateau, or a desire for greater meaning or impact.

Rather than focusing solely on tactics, this work centers on clarifying what matters now, understanding the internal patterns shaping your choices, and making decisions you can stand behind — even in uncertainty.

What this work often supports:

  • Clarifying direction during career transitions

  • Reconnecting with values, strength, and motivation

  • Making decisions with greater confidence and coherence

  • Exploring next chapters without rushing or overcorrecting

For some clients, this work includes job search strategy and execution; for others, it supports internal pivots, role design, or re-orientation without a formal search.

Assessments such as the Enneagram or CliftonStrengths may be used to deepen self-awareness and inform next steps.

Typical engagement length: 3-6 months

A Note on How I Work

Coaching engagements are highly individualized. We move at a pace that supports both insight and integration, and the focus evolves based on what’s most alive and relevant to you. While the work is reflective, it remains grounded in your role, responsibilities, and real-world leadership challenges, so that insight translates into movement, not just understanding.
