Leadership coaching is designed for leaders who are already performing — and who sense that greater impact will come not from working harder, but from understanding how they are leading.
The work is both forward-looking and depth-oriented — getting clear on the leader you're ready to become, understanding the patterns that may now be limiting your effectiveness, and moving to action through small experiments that build new behaviors without overwhelming.
The goal is not to change who you are, but to expand your range, flexibility, and choice — so you can respond with intention rather than default.
When relevant, I partner with managers or sponsors to align on goals, success indicators, and communication cadence to ensure the work supports both individual development and organizational needs.
Assessments such as the Leadership Circle Profile and Enneagram may be used selectively to support insight and development.

Career Coaching
For professionals at a career transition point who are re-evaluating direction, impact, or fit — and seeking a next chapter that feels genuinely aligned and intentional
Career coaching supports professionals at moments when their career no longer feels fully aligned — whether due to a role change, a plateau, or a quieter sense that something more is possible.
Rather than beginning with tactics, we start with what you actually want: the work, life, and contribution that would feel genuinely meaningful at this stage. From there, we explore the internal patterns shaping your choices and what may have been standing in the way of greater clarity or confidence. And we move to action — through small, intentional experiments and decisions you can stand behind, even in uncertainty.
For some clients, this work includes job search strategy and execution; for others, it supports internal pivots, role redesign, or reorientation without a formal search.
Assessments such as the Enneagram and CliftonStrengths may be used to deepen self-awareness and inform next steps.

Organizational engagements include 1:1 leadership coaching and workshops grounded in the Enneagram as a tool for self-awareness and understanding others. My current workshop, When Your Strengths Become Your Ceiling, explores how the strategies that have made leaders successful can become the very thing that limits their next level of effectiveness — and what it takes to expand beyond them.
